How does the subscription work?
You pay a fixed monthly fee for ongoing design support. Submit as many requests as you like, and we’ll work through them in priority order based on your plan.
What does “unlimited requests” mean?
You can queue as many requests as needed. We’ll work on a set number at a time, depending on your subscription.
What types of design can I request?
Anything from social media graphics and marketing assets to presentations, digital layouts, and print-ready designs – all aligned with your brand.
How do I submit requests?
Requests are submitted through a simple shared workspace, where you can track progress and manage priorities.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Most requests are delivered within 2–3 working days. Simpler tasks are often quicker, while more complex work may take longer.
Can I request revisions?
Yes! Each task includes a revision round. If changes are substantial, we’ll treat them as a new request to keep things moving efficiently.
Is there a limit to how much work I can request?
There’s no limit to requests, only how many are worked on at once, based on your plan.
What’s not included in the subscription?
Subscriptions are designed for ongoing design support. They don’t include full rebrands, large website builds, development work, print production,or urgent same-day requests.
Which plan is right for me?
Starter suits smaller teams or lighter workloads. Pro is ideal for brands with regular design needs. Enterprise is tailored for teams needing deeper, ongoing support.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Yes, you can pause or cancel before your next billing cycle. We’ll complete any active work where possible.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription ahead of your next billing cycle.
What if I don’t have any requests one month?
You can pause your subscription anytime, so you’re only paying when you need active support.
Do you offer same-day or urgent design?
We focus on consistent, high-quality turnaround. Urgent requests can sometimes be accommodated on higher-tier plans.
Will you follow our brand guidelines?
Absolutely. We work within your existing brand or can help refine it over time through ongoing design work.
What makes this different from other design subscriptions?
We work with a limited number of clients, allowing for greater care, flexibility and strategic input. The process is calm, considered, and focused on quality, not volume.
Who will be working on my designs?
All work is led in-house by SunSpark Creative, with trusted specialist collaborators brought in when needed.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. You’re free to cancel anytime before the next renewal.
